Jigsaw and his apprentice Amanda are dead. Specialiosios paskirties būrio kapitonas Rigsas netikėtai patenka į žiaurius pomirtinius Pjūklo spąstus. Prasideda dar vienas kankinantis bepročio žaidimas su nieko nenutuokiančiomis aukomis. Pareigūnas turi tik 90 minučių, kad įveiktų Pjūklo paliktus spąstus... Tačiau tai dar ne viskas - jis kaunasi ne tik už savo gyvybę, į šlykščius Pjūklo spąstus pateko ir jo senas draugas. Be Rigso pagalbos jis neišsikapstys...
